Shipping and Refund Policy

That's why we're committed to making our shipping process clear, affordable, and straightforward, especially when you're stocking up on those multiple small treasures. You pay one low flat shipping fee for most orders within the USA, no matter how many small items you add to your cart! This is our way of helping you maximize your crafting projects and savings. The more items you add to your cart, the more value you get from your single shipping fee.
Domestic Shipping Rates (USA)
We primarily ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage for reliable and affordable delivery.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping (Orders under 2 lbs): The cost for this service is $5.25. This rate applies to the vast majority of orders containing our lightweight items. It's very rare for an order of our craft supplies to exceed 2 lbs. Whether you purchase one tiny charm or enough supplies for a large project, your shipping cost will remain a flat $5.25, provided your total package weight is under 2 lbs and its destination is in the USA.
Heavy Order Flat Rate Shipping (Orders 3-5 lbs): The cost for this service is $10.25. For very large orders that exceed 2 lbs, this flat rate will apply. This tier still offers significant savings compared to per-item shipping, ensuring you get the best value on your bulk purchases.
Order Processing & Handling Time
We know you're eager to get crafting! All orders are carefully packed and typically processed within [1-2] business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times (USA)
Once shipped, your order's estimated delivery time depends on your location. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2-5 business days for most continental USA destinations.
Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take slightly longer. While we strive for quick delivery, please understand that once a package leaves our hands, transit times are managed by USPS and can occasionally be subject to unforeseen delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package directly on the USPS website.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we are happy to ship our crafts worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it's unclaimed by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional costs to re-ship the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All USPS Ground Advantage shipments include up to $100 of insurance at no extra cost to you. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at AuntieKitsch@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS and resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging and damaged items as proof for the claim process.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing parts, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
