This unusual black fringe trim is made from crepe paper and has a wonderfully vintage look. This is double sided, and looks the same back or front. The layered fringe creates lots of texture and movement, making it perfect for Halloween decorations, ornaments, party decor, and other vintage-inspired projects. At approximately 1 1/8 inches (28 mm) wide, it's an especially unique trim that's hard to find in modern craft supplies.
